1608. stay on track, don't look back

I'm trying to find this supposedly healthy life that everyone is talking about.
But isn't it different for each one of us, what we like to eat, what we can eat, how much time and money we can spend on just a lifestyle? For me living healthy always comes with planning my time really well, to be able to do all those things I want and at the same time be healthy. For example, if I don't plan meals at all, its really hard to actually stick to healthy food because I end up being so hungry and the easy, fast option is not always the good one. 

What do you think, is it easier if you plan meals and your workouts,
and what do you need to stay on track?
