There's a lot going on in my life right now, and it all makes me just want to vomit. I have so many things to do but I can't seem to make the time for any of the important things. I'm going to be moving soon, I have four jobs and studying two part time courses and on top of it all I'm now down with a cold again. I can't afford this right now. Not the stress and not the time it's wasting.
So to help calm my senses I've taken on trying to do yoga/meditation each day. Hopefully it'll help me get a sense of calm and harmony that I'm currently missing completely.
